Treatment Approach

In our culture we put a lot of emphasis on health but tend to only focus on physical health. Mental health is just as important! Just like you would go to the gym or do yoga to work out your muscles, therapy is a way to strengthen your mind and feel better.

The most common question I get when new clients call is how do you approach therapy?

This is a great question and it’s important to find a therapist who aligns with how you envision health and healing.

My approach is

  • Collaborative

    We are in this together

You are the expert of your life and we will work together to set goals that are important to you.

  • Non-judgemental

    Feel free to be yourself

We live in a shame based society and I hope to give you a new experience where you can share your story and be met with acceptance and validation.

  • Eclectic

    One size doesn't fit all

I use a combination of therapy models because one size does not fit all. We are all different and unique so I tailor therapy to fit your needs.
